The Hawkes Bay vs Manawatu Representative Match was held at Dannevirke Bowling Club on Sunday 6th November. (Rep Team Lists)

The Men's and Women's Open teams were playing for the Joyce Osborne Challenge Trophy whilst the 1-8yr Men's and Women's Development teams were playing for the Colleen Ferrick Challenge Trophy.

Three rounds were played with two points allocated for a win, one point for a draw and nil for a loss.

The Colleen Ferrick Challenge Trophy was won by Hawkes Bay 32 -16

The Joyce Osborne Challenge Trophy was won by Hawkes Bay 30 - 18

Sharon Sims, Patron of Bowls New Zealand presented trophies with Paul Harrison & Lillian Robinson accepting on behalf of the open teams and Aaron Bryant & Ruth Spittle on behalf of the 1-8yr Development Team.

BHB would like to congratulate all the players involved, especially the senior players in both squads that supported and helped further the development of the new players that were selected. A great start to our Representative season, well done and thank you.
